Fabian is our assistant Manager at Schreiberei. Born and raised in Munich. A real native. He completed his apprenticeship as chef at the prestigious hotel “Königshof” in Munich. Quickly after that, he accomplished his certificate for “Küchenmeister” and F&B Trainee at Charles Hotel Munich.

His last working station was the famous “Hotel Fährhaus” in Koblenz.
