Max passion for hospitality started with an apprenticeship at the prestigious hotel “Bayerischer Hof” and “Vier Jahreszeiten” in Munich. After that, he moved to Austria to improve his knowledge and he successfully completed his sommelier degree in Linz.

o emend his horizon, he spend 9 years abroad and collected work experience in different Michelin starred restaurants around Europe. Back in Munich, he worked at “alten Weinhaus Neuner”, “Goldenen Kalb“, „Restaurant Theresa“, „Heart House Restaurant”. Now we are more than happy to have such an experienced member on board.
