Die Schreiberei
The place to be happy
satisfied, inspired.
Our heritage-protected town house in the heart of Munich invites to memorable evenings on each of the three floors: a ménage à trois, in which all guests take what offers them the greatest amusement for the moment:
We are incredibly proud and honored, to add our chapter to the history of such beautiful old building.
(Tohru Nakamura)
Our heritage-protected town house in the heart of Munich invites to memorable evenings on each of the three floors: a ménage à trois, in which all guests take what offers them the greatest amusement for the moment:
On the first floor, the emerald green private room with its warm-toned walls in which Tohru Nakamura and his team impressively display culinary delights: a dramaturgically sophisticated symphony of French classics and Japanese ease. Several acts - yet all uniquely entertaining - where none is predictable and everything is coherent. Colorful and filigree designed works of art that convey what it's all about: the best ingredients in a unique combination. Accompanied by the right drinks. Full-length and as light as a French operetta.
Whilst enjoying star cuisine on the upper floor, one can also experience an unforgettable evening in the garden on the ground floor under a billion stars.
Cooking here is done with the same dedication and equally first-class ingredients but less elaborate: refined dishes to share with friends and family, a casual lunch in a private atmosphere or a few oysters for an aperitif. Inside and outside - at generously allocated tables in an ambience that is second to none.
In the basement of the Schreiberei one will not only find the dream of every wine connoisseur - a walk-in wine cabinet - but also two spacious rooms for private parties, culinary company events and every other occasion there is to celebrate.
